Two years ago, I was a hospital administrator...burnt out, juggling motherhood, marriage, and life. From the outside, I had a “secure” life: steady paycheck, good career. But inside, I felt trapped. I was missing precious moments with my kids, running on fumes, and asking, is this really it?

When our surprise baby boy arrived, everything shifted for me. The thought of leaving another baby to return to a draining job broke me. I wanted freedom, not just survival.
